Yeen Leng is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore, an Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax), an Accredited Tax Practitioner (GST), and an Associate Chartered Valuer and Appraiser, with over 19 years of experience in audit, tax, complex accounting advisory and valuation.
Yeen Leng began her career with PwC Singapore, where she progressed to the position of Audit Manager, serving a diverse portfolio of listed companies and multinational corporations across the consumer & retail, oil & gas and transportation sectors.
As part of PwC’s talent development programme, Yeen Leng was selected for a two-year international secondment to PwC Australia (Sydney Office), where she gained extensive exposure to cross-border engagements and international business environments.
Following her audit career, Yeen Leng moved into the real estate advisory sector, where she managed property portfolios for high-net-worth individuals and business owners, with a particular focus on investments in Singapore and London.
In 2017, Yeen Leng founded Chartsworth, with the vision of building a trusted advisory firm for entrepreneurs, SMEs and growing businesses. Under her leadership, Chartsworth has evolved beyond traditional compliance services to provide a comprehensive suite of solutions spanning accounting, tax, valuation and corporate advisory. She works closely with business owners on matters relating to financial reporting, tax planning, business structuring, corporate transactions, valuation of businesses and shares, as well as strategic financial decision-making.
Drawing on her background in audit, tax, finance and advisory, Yeen Leng helps clients navigate complex regulatory and commercial challenges while providing practical insights that support business growth, succession planning and value creation. Her approach combines technical expertise with a strong understanding of the realities faced by business owners, enabling her to serve as a long-term advisor to clients throughout different stages of their business journey.
